SHIPPING

Shipping destinations: We ship all over Canada and also to the United States (Shipping quote upon request). 

Delivery times : Local orders take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered to you when the items are in stock and we ship within 1 to 3 business days. 

Delivery time may vary depending on location, method of shipment and other factors. 

Shipping costs: The majority of our products include free shipping unless otherwise specified on the product page (except remote delivery areas). Contact us for more information!

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy: If a product is damaged or was defective in delivery - we offer a 100% refund. 

Time Frame: We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, from the day the item was received.To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, advising of the refund status. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.

PAYMENTS

In order to be able to offer you lower prices, we favor payments by Interac e-Transfer. If needed, we also accept secure PayPal payments. 

You can also pay in cash if you come to collect your order directly from our establishment.
